This stuff is amazing especially for the price. I have been taking it for about a year. This one is what I started taking and it worked really good so I thought I'd get a more expensive brand, thinking it would work even better but I was wrong. I am in my late fortys and slightly post menopausal, stressed and emotional! These have saved me from a lot of brake downs. I have ran out a few times and it was obvious to everyone around me. I would definitely recommend these and will continue to use them!

These really work. They don't have a lot of other things in them and they are a reasonable potency. They have a little funny taste, but all Ashwagandha does, so it's way better than most. Some have such a high potency that it's dangerous. This one is just perfect.
