Spring Valley Ashwagandha Gummies
I've been taking this Ashwagandha gummies for about a year. They help me lower my stress by lowering my cortisol levels and they really help me manage my hormonal weight. I tried to stop them and my weight goes up instantly and I get terrible soreness and pain during my periods if I stop them. So I need to continue taking them, hopefully they don't have long term side effects for taking it too long. I also discovered that taking them at night works better for me than day time. If I take them during the day, I get a headache and it keeps me awake at night. It's so weird.

This one is what I started taking and it worked really good so I thought I'd get a more expensive brand, thinking it would work even better but I was wrong. I am in my late fortys and slightly post menopausal, stressed and emotional! These have saved me from a lot of brake downs. I have ran out a few times and it was obvious to everyone around me.
