A little flat on the taste, but it has m. C. T oil, which stands for medium chain triglycerides, which in regular nomenclature, means a healthy fat that stimulates your metabolism. And in moderation, it is a great supplement for your coffee. I would highly recommend it, but know what m. CT oil is.
