Mood enhancing weightloss support healthy pill!

I decided to try NewLife Naturals DIM supplement to see if it would help with weight loss. I have been wondering if my issues with slow weight loss are due to a hormonal imbalance. I have been reading about diindolylmethane and felt I could possibly benefit from trying it. Being the active ingredient in cruciferous vegetables I figured what could it hurt. I eat cruciferous vegetables a few times a week. I noticed it has 5 mg of BioPerine black pepper extract. I eat tons of black pepper and have for years. I already feel like this is a hugely beneficial addition to my diet. The pills are decently sized and easily swallowed. The NewLife Naturals brand is very affordable. You only have to take one pill a day. The bottle contains a 2-month supply. I feel like I have noticed a boost in energy. I think I'm going to have to give it more time to see what happens with my weight loss. I don't have symptoms of menopause. Or maybe I just don't notice them. I do feel like taking the DIM is good for me. I definitely feel positive effects. It's hard to describe exactly what I feel although I will say it is an uplifting lighter mood enhancement. Yes! That sounds right. I just generally feel better. I'm going to keep taking them and see what happens. I have a feeling the longer I take them the more I will notice the positive benefits.

Natural Ingredients

Let me start by saying I am older and have occasional hot flashes and wanted to give this a try to see if it will equalize my system. I like that this is all natural and no chemicals. I have been taking them for two days now and do not see a difference yet but going to give it a whole month and by then I should feel a difference if any. I am hopeful that this will remedy some of the flashes that in itself will be great.

Life changing supplement

DIM has a long list of benefits. Lately, I've been struggling with hormonal dysregulation. I have insomnia and PMD around menstruation. My moods were terrible and I didn't feel like myself. I was taking a natural form of progesterone for while, but that didn't make a difference. After trying DIM for a few days, I noticed a big difference in my mood. I feel better and I'm sleeping better at night. I also learned that DIM helps with weight loss (I hope to see those benefits soon). I plan to take this product for at least 6 months and see what kinds of changes it has made in my life. In the meantime, I am happy with better sleep, happier moods, and boosted immunity. DIM is a phytonutrient found in cruciferous veggies, like broccoli. You would have to eat 2 pounds of broccoli per day to receive the same effects that you get from one little capsule. I really appreciate the clean label on New Life naturals DIM, the only other ingredients used are vegetable cellulose for the capsule and organic brown rice, which is probably used to prevent clumping of the DIM. I highly recommend this product!
