Rice vinegar - a good choice

Three aspects I evaluated: 1) taste - I wanted mild, and this has a subtle rice flavor; 2) scorching - this oil is able to withstand slightly higher heat than my old brand; 3) price - it's not cheap, but it's less than some of the "premium" brands Overall, this is good rice vinegar.
