Roll out your fondant to perfection This quality food-safe durable non-stick PVC mat is unlike your standard rolling mat this is two non-identical: a base sheet, where the fondant sugarpaste is placed ready to roll out, and a top sheet that is placed over your paste, sandwiching the fondant between the two. Roll out your fondant to perfection.The top sheet has printed concentric-circle measurement guides so you know precisely how far to roll out your fondant leaving you with less waste.The bottom sheet has a key that shows you to what size you should roll out your fondant, and how much fondant youll need for your project.Recommended: treating both sheets with vegetable fat before first use and every so often thereafter to ensure it remains a non-stick surface. Choose the small mat set, 19-3/4 inch x 19-3/4 inch 500 millimeters x 500 millimeters, or the large mat set, 30-3/8 inch x 30-3/8 inch 770 millimeters x 770 millimeters. Small mat set is for a cake up to 10 inch. Large mat set is for a cake up to 20 inch. Care Wash by hand in warm soapy water. Do NOT place in oven. Do NOT place in or near flames. Do NOT use a knife or abrasive objects on the mat. Instructions: Place the bottom sheet on a large flat surface. Knead fondant and place it in the center of the mat. Place the top sheet on top, making sure to line up the sides evenly. Roll out the fondant to the desired size, then peel off the top sheet with care. Pick up the bottom mat with the icing still on, and place it face down on your cake. Smooth edges and remove any excess.
