It can generate sufficient full spectrum light imitating sunlight to fulfill plant need in various plant development stages, from seed germination to flowering and fruiting. Additional red light (660nm) was built in this light fixture to provide a boost for photosynthesis, rooting, flowering, and fruiting. Each package contains 1 grow light and 1 hanging accessory kit (per pack).

I like that these connect into each other, so I only have one plug going into the timer. I have been using these lights over the winter and my tropical plants are doing great! They are lightweight and easy to hang with the included hardware.
