Eliminated stiff neck in the a.m.
first pillow never got past flat but i waited too long to return it. My fault. was sent s replacement. It did get bigger than the first one and helped eliminate my stiff neck in the a.m. though it was harder than my previous pillows. Several friends who recommended it, said they didn't understand my problem. My roommate, who now uses the pillow and loves it, got me a soft feather pillow. customervice was outstanding
