HQRP Filter Pack includes both Pre-Motor Filters and the Post Motor Filter for the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum Cleaner 1650 series.
Pre-Motor Filters are washable and can be washed with warm water and mild detergent. Please be sure they are completely dry prior to next use. The Post Motor filter is NOT washable.
It is recommended to change out with new filters every 3 to 6 months depending on use and how often they are washed.

Poorly executed in design
Got this to replace the post motor hepa filter on the vacuum, I figured ah well why not get the pre filters too, nope, can't use them… they are too small and don't fit snug in the top of the canister. It's a half inch off in circumference. You can ruin the motor if you use these pre filters because dust will flow right through them because they're not a snug fit like the original! But the hepa filter seems fine otherwise. The last picture is the original filter in its housing.
