Great phone

The phone was delivered early and was in great condition. There was only one issue that we had, that is that when the company went through the phone to clean it (refurbish) they didn't set it back to the beginning so when my husband turned it on it was set to the home page and not the greeting /set up page. It confused both of us so we YouTube how to get it to the correct page and then followed that. The phone wasn't someone else's (sometimes you worry about stolen phones) it just wasn't turned to the set up page. THIS is the ONLY thing that we have to complain about this company. It's not a deal breaker by any means but a little confusing is all. The phone was a great purchase!

Package was delivered on time and I had to sign for it, that was a plus for me. Did not want the porch pirates to get it. Looked over the restored phone and it looks almost new. For as it is a Christmas gift for my son, the device has not been powered on yet. Will give an update soon.

Haven't used yet. Did come earlier than expected. Didn't come with SIM card. I couldn't tell one one or the other with the decryption. The other phones I have bought for straight talk service have.
