Initially received a different product than ordered. I am visually impaired, which makes reading, ordering most difficult. So for ages i had wrong product sitting in a box, was unable to find my refill sponges anywhere, and was pretty crabby about the entire situation. One day I pulled on my big girl panties, took some respnsibility for my transaction, found their phone number and simply called! Anticipating a response of “Lady, this is far past thirty days from purchase, etc”. was i shocked when the most womderful, kind gentleman told me not to worry - (he didnt need to hear my spiel, whining, etc.!) and they’d send out the new sponges ASAP. I received the correct sponges the NEXT DAY! Needless to say, I am embarrassed it took me so long to share my happy ending with my fellow shoppers. It was me that sat around, crabbing about my initial transaction, yet doing nothing. This vendor is beyond WONDERFUL! I received my sponges the next day! Once again I am happily able to pre-wash my dishes prior to placing in my dishwasher (ha!), scrub my non-stick pans, and wash down my sink before the kitchen is closed for the evening.
