Nice product but it does not hold many clothes , tried hanging jeans and dresses on the bars and the bars were too weak, it cannot hold no more than 20-30 Lbs tops sort of a cheap item, you cannot hang rugs or anything heavy with out it tipping over. Not a good item not even for plants w/soil you cant hang more than 10 plants w/out it falling apart, just not strong enough for house hold purpose:) Like i said beautiful item nice to look at but nothing else.

Very poor quality items, set things up per instructions ….. less then a week it collapsed! When I submitted a return it was unfortunate that not only was I disappointed in the product now I have to find packaging to return product for a refund! That is what was offered to me….. as if my waste of money wasn't enough!

The box looked like it had been in a war. It was covered in packing tape and holes. There were missing pieces but I managed to put it together. It was horribly unstable and only lasted a month until I could buy a new one. Waste of money. I don't think that the missing pieces would've made it better even if I'd had them.
