Madhava Organic Golden Honey, 16 Oz

Madhava honey is unfiltered so that the natural goodness stays in every jar. Pasteurization is another process that breaks down the integrity of honey by using high heat that destroys naturally occurring yeast in order to extend shelf life and give the honey a smoother consistency.

I ordered this again out of necessity because the regular honey I order was out of stock. The first one I received had been crystallized, so it was unpleasant to use. The second bottle I received was perfectly smooth, however. I actually like it more than my usual brand.
