Great Camera

This home security camera works really well. It plugs directly into an outlet and is small and compact. The set up was extremely easy with the Brookstone app. With the app you can check in on your home from anywhere which is great. This really gives you a piece of mind if you have a babysitter, house cleaner, etc coming into your home. You can check on the house and make sure that everything is okay. The picture is very clear on the camera and there is also sound. I like that it has an adjustable lens so you can direct the camera to be positioned in a certain area. This is a great security camera that works well and is discrete and easy to use.

Easy set up , great picture quality

I was able to download the app for this on my phone and set up and connect camera within about 15 minutes. It very easy to access the camera. I like that you can set up motion detection to record any events. Nice little compact camera, not super noticeable but if someone saw it they would probably know it was a camera. It has a really great feature that you can talk through it too. Or a person can hit the call button on the side of it and request to talk to you through it. This would be nice if you have an older kid at home that doesn't have a cell phone yet but wants to tell you something. Pretty awesome home camera! Also you can change the angle of the camera!

Took long to connect to wifi, but worth it

Manual says to connect to 2G wifi, but after multiple tries it was able to connect to 5G wifi. Fits perfectly in outside electrical box. App opens to view video fast. No error messages yet, always connects. Very good low light quality, but motion not accurate at night because it detects motion of its own pixelation (so you'll get repeated notifications throughout the night). Motion is accurate during the day. At night you'll need to keep a light on to avoid false notifications. Also you can disable (do not disturb) notifications during time range. It saves motion pictures for free. Or you can opt for the cloud service.
