K86 Set of 2 Panels 100% Blackout Window Curtain Drapes Top Grommets 84" Long Purple Color Full Room Darkening

K86 37" x 85" Slate Curtains. The Slate color is true, light, Very slightly grayish, cool blue with a slight sheen. They DID have bronze grommets. Yay! The listing says 35", but they are 37" wide (what the packaging says, and what I measured). And there really are 2 panels in each package, which I couldn't believe for $18. I ordered both these and the sunzero Olso curtains in the color Haze. The K86 were defintely the better shade I was looking for. The Os had just a slightly warmer hue. I did the phone flashlight test behind both of them, side by side. While the light blocking was similar, it came through more pin-pointed on the fabric-only sunzeros, but slightly diffused on these white-back-coated K86s. Plus these have an almost taffeta quality with a touch of sheen that gives them a bit of elegance, and the coating lends some slight structure. The sunzeros were more soft with a very casual look. The grommets on these K86s were higher quality, too. I wouldn't have thought to compare grommets, but I noticed them while I was doing the light-blocking test. The K86 grommets are sturdier and prettier on both the front and back. This Slate was exactly the shade I was hoping for, but when I put them against my walls it didn't look as good as I thought it would. I decided to go with a monochrome look to help the room seem bigger. I then ordered 85" Taupe panels, but was sent 64" Silver. The silver were a beautiful, cool-toned, and very light, with a beautiful slight sheen and silver grommets. I then contacted the seller about the mix-up and to make sure the Taupe curtains have bronze grommets. I had great email communication from the seller, although they did seem to not be a native English speaker. They seemed to indicate that these are available with both bronze and silver grommets. They said to email them when I re-orderd the Taupe and they would make sure I got ones with bronze grommets. Working with Walmart returns was a Huge hassle. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN, JUST INITIATE A CHAT FROM HOME. I had ordered 5 pkgs. First, the curbside returns scanners could not process the return barcode, so I was sent inside to the customer service desk. Then customer service scanned the barcode and the system would only allow a return for 1 of the 5 pkgs. They said they HAD to take the one pkg (could not cancel the return for one item) and instructed Me to call their 1-800 customer service line (they should have told me to use chat) to start a NEW return for the other 4 packages. Despite a 30-minute phone call, I was emailed (24 hours later!) a return label for the wrong item! Then I used the Chat option and it only took 6 minutes for them to resolve it. And I was able to view the return label in my email before the chat ended. The seller shipped items in well-used boxes, plastered in tape since the boxes were slightly too small. And they did send the wrong item on my second order. But their prompt, accommodating communication made up for that. Highly Recommend!
