As a way to unwind after long work days and keeping up with a toddler, I started woodworking at night after my son went down. To say my wife wasn't happy about me coming to bed covered in sawdust would be an under statement. I picked up the Professional Grade Denim Grill Apron for two simple reasons - 1) it has great coverage keeping me mostly sawdust free, and 2) Pockets, pockets, pockets! I can keeping everything I need on my person, which is a huge help. Also, my sons name is Hudson, so that helped, too!

I got a apron as a wedding gift 25 years ago. I had been searching for years a replacement for that checked all of the boxes: It would fit my larger frame, be comfortable yet functional, not cost an exorbitant amount of money, and of course be stylish. This apron meets all of my requirements and then some. I would recommend washing it alone in cold water and drying it to soften it up. It’s like butter, and I put it on to chop vegetables, as it puts me in cooking/chef mode. I will soon purchase the waxed cotton shop apron for non-culinary purposes. I will recommend Hudson Durable Goods to anybody I talk to on the subject of aprons. (Oh, and the site and checkout experience was great, and I’m in technology.)
