This four-tank juice dispenser from Cofrimell (model CD4J) is an attractive and colorfUl revenue machine ideal for convenience stores, food courts or self-serve banquet areas. This machine’s high-performing condenser keeps the beverages cold and each of the tanks holds up to three gallons of product. These tanks are clear, gleaming and are composed of a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate; they remove for easy cleanup. The temperature control is fully adjustable with simple, easy-to-use controls; the refrigerant unit has a forced air-cooled compressor. Two-piece “no drip” dispensing taps have stainless steel components. The mixing system uses delrin paddles (delrin is a fancy type of food-grade plastic) and the rotation speed is calibrated to gently agitate and circulate the liquids; reducing froth and minimizing oxidation.
