first con in the description it says that it's got the hand warmer and a power bank. then you open it up and you look all the way down to the very end of the detailed description and you find out it's just the hand warmer and not the power bank. second con in the description it says rechargeable this implies that it has built-in batteries that you can recharge this device and take it on the go this is a lie. if you don't have a power bank you don't have power. Pro it does get warm.
