My sister introduced me to these. I love how they hold you in without taking your breath away. You can wear them comfortably all day. I love the wide butt, it doest ride up. This style is a little thicker than the other similar style. I am 5'6 190lbs. I wore a Large all last year. I like things snug so I bought a medium and it fit well so I'll keep it!

It has what I want

I wanted something to hold in my abdomen, reduce jiggling, and help support my back. I wanted to be able to wear my own bra. I especially love that there is an opening at the crotch so I don't have to undress completely to use the bathroom. I even like the way there are panels at the side of the chest that gently hold the breasts in, so that I can wear a less structurally engineered bra if I want. It doesn't bind around the rib cage either. I also purchased the high waist brief, because I wasn't sure what would work for me, but I favor this one when I have the choice.
