This toothpaste actually works. Visible improvement after only two days (brushing twice per day) IMPORTANT: Rinse your mouth with water, but do not brush immediately after eating, wait AT LEAST 30 min. Then floss and brush for best results. No gritty texture. Expensive for a small tube, BUT IT WORKS !!!!

i did notice a difference in the stains between the teeth. there are no stains, i also notice the teeth are whiter. I use the toothpaste in the AM, and still see a difference. For the evening I use Sensodyne for my sensitive teeth. Very Happy with Crest Toothpaste.
