Improves circulation maybe. Need a month to get it in system. Had an injury %26 a pinched nerve causing hand to tingle %26 varicosities, so VERY beneficial I am sure. Only negative is very expensive.

This product has helped me
This product has helped me tremendously with my overall health during my menopause , I do not experience hot flashes at night and mood has improved , I buy this product every month , I have also tested it by not taking it for a couple days and I could definitely feel the difference. Women experiencing meno pause give this a try it will take about 2 weeks until you start feeling a change . Be consistent with taking it .

Love how I feel
I started circulari-t last year because of a review of someone with cold hands. I tried it and within two weeks I started not only feeling my hands warmer ( poor circulation) but my restless legs, cramps and veins much better. I stopped for a while due to financial problems but I made it a priority to start them again. Wouldn't go without them. .
