While the storage cabinet is well made and I like the looks of the unit, I'm only giving it a 4 star rating because the original packaging was missing parts that were required for assembly. Customer service was very helpful and shipped the missing parts in a timely manner; it was inconvenient that I had to call for the missing parts.
