This adapter will save you money

You can buy a Buick-Olds-Pontiac turbo 400 for less than a Chev turbo 400 & this adapter will let you bolt up a B.O.P. transmission to your Chevrolet engine. I bought two complete B.O.P. cores, 1 for $50 & 1 for $75 with a torque convertor - whereas the guys with the Chev turbo 400's prices went from 200 to 400 - so yes this adapter helped me save money! I sure am glad Speedway carries this part.

Great price great fir

It did it's job, I Used this plate to mount a 5.3 LS out of a 2004 Tahoe to a TH350 in my 1980 Trans Am. I had to weld a piece Of metal onto the top of the plate to get the top hole on the engine block and tap it But that was minimal work compared to the $50 savings in the other Place that has the hole in the top. With some creativity in welding I was able to secure 7 Bolts from engine to transmission. If you're looking to save money from the $90 one and have the means to weld and some creativity this will work wonders

Perfect fit

I used this adapter to run a Chevy 350 with the BOP transmission in a Cutlass. It comes with the necessary hardware and was extremely easy to install. by purchasing this adapter it saved me several hundred dollars by using the BOO transmission I already had.
