Great for training

I cut these down into small pieces about 1/4 inch long. I can get quite a few from one jerky stick. I cut up 4 or 5 whole sticks at one time. I then put them in a baggie that I keep in my pocket during our walks. My dog was very difficult to walk safely, because she would want to chase cars. I started by telling her "CURB" and taking her up into the driveways or yards of my neighbors, whenever a car went past. That's when I would give her the 1/4 inch piece of jerky stick. Now, we no longer have to "curb" because this training method worked great. If a car passes by, I still give her one little treat for continuing to be good. I have also used these to keep her from chasing geese. It is far cheaper to take a minute to cut these sticks down, than it is to pay for "reward" treats.
