Samsung Galaxy S10 5G Rugged Protective Cover with Kick Stand - Drop & Shock Resistance EF-RG977CBEGUS Retail Packing

Bought this cover as offerings out there are very limited to date. First impressions was that it will do the job. Bit bulkier than i'm used to but it is a rugged cover so I have to expect a bit fo size. I use my phone to charge my Galaxy watch at night which is a great feature, however with this cover on it, it's very very temperamental. It says it's working on the phone screen but after a few minutes when I check it again, it's not. Kept trying it and thought I had it sorted. Woke up the next morning and the watch wasn't charged at all. Not impressed with this cover if wireless charge doesn't work with it.

I purchased this case as soon as my wireless provider received it to protect the Galaxy S10 5G that I happily pre-ordered because I've been highly satisfied through the many years of being a Galaxy user. (i.e. Galaxy, 3, 5, 6, 8 & 10 was on it's way) I always buy protective accessories to help against all of lives little "oh no's" that we can inadvertently put our phones through and this "Rugged" cover is highly lacking the quality that I've known from Samsung. In the wireless store the longer kickstand "popped" out of its' connection to the case since there is no hardware to hold either kick to the case. I have taken it to the reps on multiple occasions to assist me with reattaching them due to the small plastic hinge being difficult for me to try to realign myself. Almost 4 weeks after my phone was already at risk without a case and this was the only trusted source to offer a hard case solution. The kickstands are so wobbly that they tip over or snap off while trying to support the phone on flat surfaces. Completely unacceptable from Samsung for the Galaxy lineup.
