Great Value, Durable

This is a great set of basic resistance bands. I am sensitive to value and appreciate that this set offers a variety of resistance levels at a good price. I have used these bands daily for several weeks and am impressed with how the bands are holding up to frequent use. After terminating my expensive gym membership I have been looking for affordable ways to exercise at home and this set of bands has quickly become one of my favorite workout aids!

Great resistance bands

This product is well made, durable, and clearly labelled with the strength of resistance which is great! It comes with 3 levels of resistance in one size and can be used for a variety of exercises. Also it came with a little travel bag which I definitely plan to use.

Would I purchase these bands again? YES

I think the products are pretty decent for the value. If I had to say one thing that is great about them its that they can be rolled up an placed in your purse or pocket. Hence, no matter where you are you can use them and I do use them when Im out an about. Not saying you dont need a routine to use them but for me they also act as a stress relief when the anger threatens to come to the surface or the irritation gets to me. I will often go into a bathroom and do arm exercises to get that feeling away. As an added bonus Im also getting fit.
