Bright and well made

Heavier and better made than most cheaper lights in local storers. Looks like they will hold up for a long time. The price was cheaper than the local store. The lights are very bright and a true blue color. I will definitely buy more next year.

Defective But Sent Anyway

I can't actually review the lights, since they didn't work. But what's really disturbing is that they had already been returned once. The packet of spare light bulbs had been opened, presumably to try to fix the string of unlit bulbs. That didn't work, so they were returned and then sent to me. Maybe I wouldn't notice that they didn't work?? It's pretty poor to send out a defective product, especially since it was obvious that the spare light bulbs had been torn open and rattling around loose in the box. Walmart and this seller need to do better.
