I bought and shipped some items to my parents and then forgot to change the shipping address when doing my next order. I noticed the problem a few hours later and was able to cancel all the items in the Walmart portion of the order. But, this vendor was not able to cancel, so these t-shirts I need for a Christmas present craft are going to my parents' house, which is a 7 hour round-trip drive away. We're not seeing them during the pandemic to protect them and they're not getting out, so I have no way of returning the items--I'll just be out the $20 or so. I'm giving this company five stars because I don't want to hurt their rating since they responded right away, but remember that you do not have as many options for canceling when you go with third party vendors. They did offer to let me return the item, which again, I can't because they're being shipped to the wrong city due to my mistake. Lesson learned.
