Happy with my new desk chair
Everything is included to assemble even the wrench. Easy to follow instructions. May need a second set of hands to help align the arm rests that connect the seat and the back. One hint: don't tighten up each screw as you go, line hem up, tighten just enough to hold in place, then put the next screw in before tightening both or all. Chair is nice nd the lumbar support feels SO much better than my old chair. The leatherish material is soft and nice. (Hope it has a nice long life). :)
