You won't regret it!

This brace is exactly everything I'd hope it would be. NOT RECOMMENDED anyone do this but I used it to run on an ankle with an overuse injury. It looks clunky and bulky but it fit well in my normal running shoe size (one size larger than my casual shoes), and didn't bother or irritate my ankle or foot while wearing it for a very extended distance. I think it helped me from injuring my ankle any further since I couldn't roll it. My ankle actually feels better now than it did before the run. I was expecting the opposite or it would at least be sore but it's not. It's more than serviced its purpose because it feels like I can go on my next run without it. So if you are wondering if this brace is flexible enough, durable enough and quality enough look no further. It's been tested and I affirm it will hold up for a long distance wet and muddy trail run. Only con is it's expensive but I'd say it's worth every penny!
