Elegant Ladies Flat Shoes Low Heel Shallow Pointed Toe Comfort Office Frosted Shoes

I was extremely excited when I ordered these low shoes for church, because I mostly wear heals. But, OM!!!!... how disappointed I was when I opened the box to find what was supposed to be a pair of "Eloquent Black Shoes". I was dumbfounded at what was inside, even more so that someonewould try to pass these off as new. They were black and starkly and these were the best features of the shoes. Where do I start? The gold tip was dull as if they had been placed in a storage many years ago after being worn... the gold color of the tip didn't match the gold on the heel. The gold on the heel had buckled and separated from the shoe. The heels appeared to have seperated from the shoes and had been reglued. The glue was all over the gold and they looked tacky. One of the straps were crooked and the bottom of the shoes looked as if they had been worn and wiped off. I purchase shoes often from other companies and had recently purchased several pair from Walmart and they were of good quality. I've never been this dissatisfied with a fashion purchase, because I've never purchased something with such low quality and I've even purchased from a resale store. This is utterly ridiculous!!! I will be returning them with no repurchase.
