Online and shipped difference

I bought these boots for my niece. She opened them yesterday and the online boot picture with classic Hunter red and white stripe were not on the back of the boot as shown on jet.com The pull tab is also coming unglued. This was disappointing as she was excited to have the classic hunter label on back of boots.
