Awesome supplement

These are some of the best energy supplements I've taken. They're efficient and don't give me the jitters like too much coffee or energy drinks. They're long lasting and there are plenty of them to last a pretty good amount of time. I don't take them all the time, only when I have to work or if I want to motivate myself to get up and do things around the house like laundry or a little cleaning. I found myself lacking the interest and energy to put up my Christmas tree because this year hasn't been very inspiring especially since Thanksgiving was pretty disappointing due to failures of leadership during Covid restrictions so I took one of these and it gave me just enough to push me to do a little more. The packaging is nice, almost a rose gold on a black background. Clearly marked nutrition label and benefits listed using bullet points. The gel caps are black which I think was a good idea. Makes you think of dark roast coffee beans. Plastic around cap is perforated so you don't have to work extremely hard to get the cap off. Also has cotton in the top to absorb any moisture and prevent the capsules from sticking together.

Work great

Sometimes I'm just too lazy to make coffee at home, so I've been taking these in the morning, and sometimes again in the early afternoon if I'm particularly sleepy. They have worked well for me so far. I like being able to know the exact dose of caffeine I'm taking, because I have an anxiety disorder and too much caffeine can make me feel anxious and even panicked. Great option for other people dealing with that issue.

No jitters!

These caffeine pills are great! I usually take one in the afternoon around 2 pm, for a boost of energy. I suffer from chronic fatigue and these pills help a lot. One pill seems to be enough for me in the afternoons. I haven't had any wired side effects, such as headaches, no jitters, or crashes. These pills are easy to swallow. Within half an hour of taking it; I had more energy and better concentration.
