I'm 6' and 290lbs and the XXL fits perfectly. The silicone dots keep the hose in place all day without rolling or twisting. I bought black and the look and feel amazing. Ample footed area keeps ankle area from pinching. They wash perfectly and look new again. Very comfortable and not difficult to put on. I love mine.
