Not as advertised.

Not what I was expecting! The image shows a tire with a rim. I read through description and it does not say just the outer tire. Other “just” tires are much cheaper. I only paid this much because I thought I was paying for tire and rim. I will be returning.

This item is misleading and falls into false advertisement. You are lead to believe you are getting a tire and rim when you just get the rubber compressed and flatten wrapped tightly. The staff was no help to get this resolved, just laughed and commented I was not the first to believe I was getting what the image indicates. I did not find it a laughable mater.
