The Nesco FD-61WHC five tray food dehydrator features patented Converga-Flow® drying system that forces air down the exterior pressurized chamber and not through the trays. The hot air is forced horizontally across each individual tray, ensuring fast, even and nutritious drying. A top mounted fan prevents liquids from dripping into heating chamber. The dehydrator comes with a jerky gun.

The FD-61WHC has 500 watts of power, that helps dry foods in hours and an adjustable thermostat that allows drying different foods at proper temperatures (95-155° F). Opaque Vita-Save® exterior preserves nutritional content of food being dehydrated by blocking harmful light. The dehydrator is expandable to 12 trays.
