Heavy material, so feels well made and actually denim, which I liked, but it was still a bit tight. I'm 16/18/XL w/ 38DD and it was pretty tight and difficult to get over the chest area and arms were tight. I'm 5'7 and it went past my knees and covered my elbows for the most part.
