Duramax 10.5 x 8 Apex Pro Plastic Vinyl Storage Shed w/Foundation, 2 windows & side door

First the good stuff. It's a nice looking shed once it's finished. Hopefully it lasts me as long as I need it to. The end. Now the bad stuff. I looked at lots of sheds online/in person over 12 months (metal, resin, Amish, etc) and decided on this one during Walmart Days for price, payment option, and mainly because it was *falsely* advertised that it included a galvanized metal floor. NOT a floor frame "kit". Since the original purchase, I see the description online has been updated to correctly reflect this, which is unfortunate in SO many ways. There's a big difference between a $1300 shed that you can assemble completely where you want it and be done, and one that requires an additional $500 in wood material to build a platform and drop a wood base into for the actual floor. Now let's talk assembly. I hired a proficient, well respected area handyman for the job, and he assembled alone. Took him about 25 hours or so over several days (not including the platform, prep work, etc). His comments were: LOTS of parts. LOTS of instructions (77 pages in the book!!) Duplication of instruction pages, parts not numbered, parts and/or holes not lining up correctly. Doors on one side are flush at the top but not the bottom (will need a slide bolt on the outside to remedy this). Venting slats for air flow are large enough to easily let wasps in (he suggested mesh or screening over those areas) and same for where roof panels connect to walls (might try spray foam insulation there). Finally, I'd like to mention that the retailer should really make sure that the recipient is contacted prior to delivery regarding whether or not a liftgate is required. The first delivery attempt was on a regular semi. Driver never even stopped, as I'm in a residential neighborhood. I obviously don't have a dock, and he had no way to get a 300 pound pallet out of the semi. Poor planning.
