Phone was extremely dirty and scratched, I had to personally clean all ports which were coated with dust and black residue, the charging cord and brick were an unknown brand which if you have an iPhone thats a no go..haven't set it up yet but I'm definitely NOT looking forward to the issue that may arise with that. One may say “but for the price it's not that bad” I got my phone, which is the same exact brand and model brand new for $50 less than this phone.. so idiotic that the same phone but different carrier has a price difference.. super sus
