Very old product and stored improperly

The product seemed pretty old.like it had been stored for a good long while and the packaging was half destroyed.the exterior shipping package was fine but the product package had many tears and dents.as far as the product itself,so far, no problems,but the grease was old and basically frozen.had to clean it and regrease it.
