I asked for a 2 CT setting and they sent a smaller one

I clearly asked for a 2 CT setting and they sent a smaller setting, the diamond wont fit and I now have to pay extra to have that fixed, also the gold quality is very low, I understand the prices are low because of their promos but if thats the quality they have, I do not recommend them, I don't know if they sent me a used returned ring but it definitely looks like it was. I'm completely unsatisfied with my purchase. Pompeii3 contact me asap.
