Horrible

I will never order from collections again. Order was duplicated for some reason. I wanted the package to be delivered to my grandson, and great grandson. They charged my account twice, and I had to contact the bank, because they would not credit me, for one of the transactons. I finally got one of the orders, but it was mailed out to my address, rather then the address on the "ship to" option, meaning no gift for the child. too many good companies. We won't order here again.

Doesnt crawl

This bug is supposed to encourage crawling, but breaks immediately, so not much crawling here. Changed batteries and still nothing. Called customer service and was told to just return it for my money back. Great service
