Not sure how to rate this because the monitor itself is really nice. Very clear picture. Any gamer looking for a monitor in this size range would be completely happy with this. My issue here is that the monitor came with damage to the screen. What makes it worse is that it was shipped in what appears to be a basic brown cardboard re-manufactured box. I don't believe the product was brand new. After i sent this back, i ordered the same one from Dell directly and it came in a white box that had graphics and was obviously different than what i received here.
