Bought this phone for my daughters first phone. Didnt want anything to fancy. Phone doesnt come with a sim card, when you contact wirlessly they wanna say its not supposed too. While the box itself it comes in even states simcard installed... they told me to contact verizon. I should not have to contact anyone. considering i bought the phone from walmart. not pleased %26 have a few days to try to rush to make this phone work for christmas!!!!!
