This roller is perfect for on the go, at the office or in a hotel room!

This roller is helps me stay calm and strong when I'm on the go. It's a medium density so it helps me practice self-healing techniques, flush toxins and reduce inflammation. It's fits so easily into my carry on bag or gym bag and I can even roll at the airport to prevent tension or pain post flight.
