Measuring 23 x 36 inches, these basic incontinence underpads offer a good amount of coverage and absorb liquid upon contact. Each absorbent polymer underpad helps reduce odor and ensure that moisture stays trapped inside. A non-skid polypropylene back sheet helps to keep these bed underpads in place, limiting movement while you sleep. Moisture-wicking non-woven top sheet helps to keep the skin, limiting irritation while simultaneously extracting and retaining liquid. Place the McKesson underpad on the bed, chair, sofa, or wheelchair with the topsheet facing up and the backsheet facing down. Position the underpad so it covers the area where protection is needed. For incontinence use, center the pad under the user’s hips or lower back. Smooth the underpad to ensure full contact with the surface and help prevent shifting. Replace after it becomes wet or soiled. Dispose of the used pad in a trash receptacle and do not flush. Store unused incontinence bed pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

I received them was a little concerned because of how thin they felt I laid one on the tile counter I took a one cup measuring cup filled it halfway poured it on there I waited 5 minutes I peeled the pad back it was dry underneath I cut one open and looked inside and the material inside is looks quite absorbent so yes I could recommend these and I'm glad I got them my sister is paralyzed from the waist down so these are definitely a needful thing

heaper, Less Absorbent but Lots of Them
I like being able to buy in bulk. Unfortunately, if the product has not been proven prior to a bulk purchase, you take a risk making the bulk purchase. I use these for doggie pads thinking that a little chaweenie wouldn't pee that much. Maybe it's the quality of the plastic backing or the lack of absorbency but these seem to seep through and leave the floor wet.
