I always get them for my mom. She noticed that after taking it she feels more energetic, more focused, increased in paying attention and productivity. I always have to make sure that she has enough of it so I always buy her couple bottle at a time. Would recommend taking it for every lady that is 40 . Also, ladies don't forget to do your annual check ups to make sure your vitals are normal.
