"Lakeside Dock" by Daphne Brissonnet. Daphne Brissonnet studied botany before she became an artist. Her early botany studies opened her eyes to the form, dimension, and subtle colors of each plant. As she discovered unexpected beauty in the flowers she studied, painting her subjects became an important part of her life.
