Awesome
I went out of my way to buy this one because I saw that it also includes standardized extracts. I feel like it helps the product go the extra mile in terms of efficacy. It seems to make me a bit calmer at night and not have my usual problems with being barraged with hypnic jerks instead of actually just falling asleep. In other words, it seems to help me fall asleep as well as feel calmer, but please note that I'm NOT making any medical, diagnostic, or health-related claims in this review.

Excellent and tasty Lemonbalm
This specific formulation makes the left side of the head feel open and unclogged. Calming to the nerves increasing and elevating articulation. This Lemon Balm is perfect for an even mood and linear thinking. Try cracking it open, it smells like fresh lemons, maybe fresh grass too. Sinuses may find relief as well, Lemon Balm is part of the mint family. The bottle recommends taking 2 per day. If you need an idea; try taking one in the am after coffee and the second one midday to recharge. Very clean product, a plant source that may positively affect brain levels of GABA, acetylcholine (ACh) and boost memory and cognition.

Been taking it for years now and this is an amazing product and one of the best supplement to alleviate anxiety and have a better night sleep!2 caps during the day and 2 caps at bedtime!! adding doctor's best fisetin to it is even a more powerful combination!!!
