Good stuff!
Arrived fast, good quality, and the best price I could find here for a 1-pound package. :) Whole-grain barley (also called hulled barley or pot barley) is sadly difficult to find. But it's one of the best grains for diabetics to cook with, because the carbs digest more slowly (low glycemic index) and so it's less likely to cause a sudden blood sugar spike. My local store only carries pearled barley (which has had the nutritious outer layer removed), so hopefully this option will continue to be available for reordering!
