Easy to work with

Company was fantastic to work with.  The chair back broke at a place that could not be fixed.  After emailing pictures, the company sent a replacement.  That replacement had an issue with the screw holes.  Another email and another chair back was sent out.  This one fit perfectly.  I appreciate the easy ability to have the product fixed.  Thank you!

Awesome

First few times I sat in it, I was a little uncomfortable but I quickly got use to it and now it’s comfortable. Some may want to buy a separate cushion, as the seat could use a little more padding. Overall for its price it’s a great buy, especially if you’ve never had a gaming chair.

Outstanding game chair

Chair was easy to put together and set up.  Outstanding lumbar support and the included neck pillow is great. If you are a gamer, you’ll love this chair. Very comfortable and looks and feels like good quality materials and workmanship. Would definitely recommend.
